The Ascot Homeowners Association Board met on May 12, 2003 at Bob Naftal's house. The following were in attendance: Bob Naftal, Paul Celluzzi, Mike Lee, and Alice Burns.

Treasurer's Report:

No report, only thing to report is there's a new baby in the Okeson house.

Minutes:

Minutes for April were approved.

Bylaws:

Bob passed out the redline copy of the bylaws and instructed the board to look over the changes and get back to Bob with any comments by May 29th. The Board will call a special meetting at the end of June to recommend the changes in the bylaws and have a vote. The meeting will occur between the 25th and 30th of JUne. Alice will call to find a place for the meeting.

Common ground:

Mowing has started and as soon as the weather permits the lower half of the common ground will be mowed also. The basketball hoop will be installed when the weather permits.

The meeting concluded at 8:30. The next meeting will be at Mike's house on June 2nd at 7:30.
