Minutes:

The minutes February/March 2003 were approved. All will be distributed to the neighborhood

Treasurer's Report:

Lars Reported that there are 6 homeowners who have not paid their dues. Each homeowner will get a reminder call in the next couple of weeks.

Please submit your comments and suggestions on the website.

Bylaws:

The board is in the process of reviewing the bylaws and will have an update on any changes in the next couple of months.

Common Grounds:

The basketball hoop will be reinstalled in the near future opposite the current hoop on the common ground.

Lawn maintenance will start as soon as the weather breaks.

Our next board meeting will be at 7:15 at Bob Naftal's house on May 12th.

The meeting concluded at 9:15 pm.
