Our Neighborhood...

– was incorporated in 1982 as 'Ascot Homeowners Association'. It consists of 69 homes located off Virginia Route 7 between Baron Cameron Drive and Reston Parkway. The development is within the political boundaries of Fairfax County, Virginia, just outside Reston, but carries a Reston mailing address. Abundant trees, large lots, beautiful landscaping and Victorian farmhouse style homes give Ascot its unique character.
